CRAFT BEERS FROM THE HEART OF TUSCANY
The Castellani Brewery was born in the countryside of the Alta Valdera, more precisely in the municipality of Palaia, in the province of Pisa.
In our brewery the craft component is fundamental and starts from the selection of raw materials, up to the control of each stage of the process.
In our brewery we combine experimentation with the best brewing tradition, to try to create unique products every day.
The Castellani Brewery is spread over an area of about 400 square meters, which includes the milling room, the laboratory, the temperature-controlled cells and the warehouses. Inside the factory there is also a direct sales point and a tasting room, from which you can admire the laboratory thanks to the large windows.
In our laboratory we produce craft beers, both in bottles and in kegs, which we offer to both private customers and companies, such as distributors, restaurants, pubs, farmhouses and supermarkets.
We are also able to develop third-party beers for any type of need.
